The Hampapur family built their Saratoga Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to accommodate their parents visiting from India for extended stays, with the potential for them to eventually live there long-term. They aimed for the ADU to seamlessly integrate with the existing home without resorting to prefabricated options. The design prioritizes ADA-optimization to ensure accessibility and also focuses on enhancing the overall property value.
